What is collected
The tool collects your interview answers, the generated project brief, your name, your email address, and any optional note you add. A private reference ID is assigned to the submission.
How it is used
Your project details are used to organize an initial scope and help Clint evaluate and respond to the request. Project details may be processed by Cloudflare Workers AI. Your name, email address, and optional contact note are excluded from the AI analysis.
Where it goes
The submission is stored privately in Cloudflare D1 and a copy is sent to Clint by email for follow-up. There is no public brief page or public submission lookup.
How long it is kept
Submissions are kept only as long as they are useful for evaluating, discussing, or carrying out the project, or for legitimate business records. You can request deletion sooner. The private database record and the email copy are handled together when a deletion request is completed.
What is not done
- Your information is not sold.
- Your email is not added to a marketing list.
- Your project details are not published through this tool.
Deletion requests
You can ask for a submission to be deleted through the portfolio contact form. Include the reference ID shown after submission when possible.
